Rules
- Matches are one set, first to eight games, with handicaps
- The winning pair from each group qualify for the knockout phase
- The pairs finishing second and third qualify for the second group stage, to be played 7th November
- The pairs finishing fourth qualify for a consolation game before the knockout stage, to be played 8th November
- The winning and second-placed pairs from the two second stage groups qualify for the knockout stage
- Group positions are decided by wins, then game difference, then result
